Does the Grizzl-E Charger use a Neutral Wire?

Grizzl-E EV Chargers do not use a Neutral Wire. The only wires that are used are L1, L2, and Earth/Ground.

The NEMA 14-50 plug has 4 pins, one for neutral; however, this neutral wire has been terminated and is not used by the charger. 

This is permitted under the National Electrical Code (NEC)
