When the Grizzl-E Duo experiences an error, the indicator light will flash Red, and a beeping sound can be heard.
Grizzl-E will flash and beep a certain number of times before pausing and resetting the cycle. The number of flashes indicates which type of error Grizzl-E is experiencing.

Reset Charger
In the instance of a fault, it is recommended to perform a reset
- Count the number of Red Flashes to identify the error type. Take a video of the red flashing sequence.
- Unplug the Charging Connector from the EV.
- Power OFF the charger by unplugging or setting the upstream circuit breaker to the off position.
- Wait 1-2 minutes, and then power on the charging station.
- Confirm if the fault is no longer present. If a fault light remains, fill out the Technical Support Form. Indicate the number of flashes your unit gives so we can assist you faster.
